Hello and welcome back to
the Spacious Scaling Podcast.

:I am so excited for today's
episode because we're gonna
3
:be talking about AI and.
4
:We are going to be talking about
how to use AI in your business
5
:that is not related to content.
6
:And I'm really excited for this because
I feel like a lot of the conversation
7
:out there when it comes to using AI
to like, um, you know, get your time
8
:back and streamline things, it's
like, how can you use it for content?
9
:All right?
10
:Like, how can you use it to repurpose
your long form content into short form?
11
:How can you use it to create
like attention grabbing
12
:hooks and all of that stuff?
13
:And I think for a lot of people
that I work with, it can fuel.
14
:So more inauthentic or out of integrity
to be using AI for creating content.
15
:And so I wanted to open up this
conversation and give you a few ideas on
16
:how you can still use AI in your business
to buy back some time, but without
17
:using it to replace your own voice.
18
:So I am excited to dive into
today's episode is going to
19
:hopefully be a short one.
20
:It's like 8 59 and there's a
yoke class I wanna go to at nine.
21
:30, and I'm still like halfway
through my coffee that I'm
22
:drinking while I film this episode.
23
:So we're just gonna see how it's gonna go.
24
:But anyway, um, so I'm gonna
dive into a few examples of how
25
:you can use AI in your business.
26
:But firstly, what I wanted to share with
you is how I do use AI when it comes
27
:to content, because I don't use it for
like, creating content from scratch.
28
:And I think there are definitely, like,
you can obviously train AI and give it
29
:all your content and do all of that too.
30
:Have it help you create content that
does sound like you, but I do know from
31
:like an energetic perspective, that
doesn't necessarily feel good for me.
32
:So there are ways that I still use it
when it comes to content that isn't like
33
:completely creating things from scratch.
34
:So, um, how I'm using it in my business.
35
:Is I, so I'm obviously
recording podcast episodes.
36
:I'll use AI to take the transcript and
create some show notes out of that.
37
:I will also use it to create a blog
post because I don't really share like
38
:blog posts with my organic audience.
39
:And the idea there is around getting
some like SEO traffic going and
40
:it's using, essentially it's just
tidying up the transcript and
41
:putting it into a blog format.
42
:So that feels good for me.
43
:Um, I will then also use it to, so
I am very much a verbal processor.
44
:I love to like, talk things out.
45
:I am self projected in human
design, self projected projector.
46
:So like I do find a lot of
clarity from using my voice.
47
:And so I like to use AI to like take
voice note transcripts and summarize
48
:those, those uh, pieces of like that
content from the voice note into like a
49
:written piece and just like tidied up.
50
:Um.
51
:And like pull out anything from
there that I can then go and
52
:like create proper content with.
53
:So those are like a few little examples
of how I am using AI to create content.
54
:Sometimes I will ask it for like ideas
and things like that, but I find that
55
:I never actually use what it gives me.
56
:And I'm just like wanting to kind of
get some, there's like an idea on my
57
:mind that I'm not a hundred percent.
58
:Clear about, and I need to just like
be in process of like, trying to get
59
:that out, seeing like what the AI will
tell me when I'm like asking about this
60
:topic and then I will just go ahead and
write something myself most of the time.
61
:So anyway, that is that.
62
:So I think I've got 1, 2, 3, 4.
63
:I think I've got like seven or
eight different things here.
64
:I'm not, I'm not quite sure.
65
:I've handwritten it down on my remarkable.
66
:So, um, it's a bit messy.
67
:Anyway.
68
:So, um, actually on the topic, what
I also like to do is hand write on my
69
:Remarkable, which I purchased a few
months ago and it's been the best purchase
70
:ever, but hand write on my Remarkable.
71
:And then I use the tool in the Remarkable
to change my handwriting to written text.
72
:And then I copy that and I
put it into ai and I say like.
73
:Tidy this up, make this make
sense because a lot of the time
74
:when it converts my handwriting,
it, um, it's not, not correct.
75
:And like my notes are a bit
kind of all over the place.
76
:So I will get it to do that.
77
:And then I'll edit the output from,
um, either straight from remarkable
78
:if like I've written something pretty
comprehensive or from ai if, um, I've kind
79
:of got some gaps that I need to fill in.
80
:Anyway, back to back to the points.
81
:Let's dive in.
82
:So first couple of points, um,
are around program delivery.
83
:If you're running like a coaching program,
like whether it be one-to-one or, um, a
84
:group program, and also the order of these
are not necessarily in a particular order.
85
:So the first thing that you can do
is you can use AI to help you with
86
:summarizing your call recordings.
87
:So whether this be like your
one-to-one calls with clients or
88
:your group calls, what you can do
is you can take the transcript.
89
:Um, so you obviously need to record the
call somewhere, grab the transcript, and
90
:then take that transcript, pop it into
your AI tool of choice, whether that be
91
:chat, GPT, Claude, maybe you've got like
a note taker, which has an AI feature
92
:on it, and pull out the highlights.
93
:I also really like, especially if it's
a group call and it's like a hot seat
94
:style group call where multiple people
are asking questions and getting answers.
95
:When you upload the call, it's always
really nice to like have some written
96
:text underneath that says like.
97
:You know, so and so asked this question
at this timestamp, so that way if
98
:anyone is wanting to revisit the call
and revisit the coaching that you gave
99
:them, they don't have to click through.
100
:They can see exactly in your
notes when their timestamp was.
101
:So that is really cool.
102
:Um, but then like putting in the
highlights, putting in like what
103
:questions were asked and things like that.
104
:Especially if you do a lot of calls
in your group, maybe people aren't.
105
:Able to attend live.
106
:They also might not wanna watch all of
the call recordings so they can easily see
107
:like, what's the topics that's discussed
in those calls, and just making that
108
:recording a bit more accessible to people.
109
:Um, something that I also do
with clients a lot is finding
110
:patents in their, like intake
questionnaires, onboarding forms, so.
111
:I think in your business onboarding
forms can have like multiple purposes.
112
:So obviously we are like gathering
a lot of information on the people
113
:that have joined the program, like
what their struggles are, um, what
114
:they're wanting to achieve and things
like that so that you can track.
115
:Their progress, and especially if
you have like a program promise,
116
:which I recommend everyone does,
having an onboarding form helps you
117
:kind of track where people are at in
terms of the program promise as well.
118
:But where AI can come into this is that
you can, um, get the responses from
119
:your intake forms, pop them into ai.
120
:And ask it to like, pick up any, sum,
any, um, patterns and like summarize
121
:what themes are coming up in those,
um, in those forms, especially
122
:where you have like open text, um,
like long form kind of answers.
123
:So obviously if you have something
on your form that is like a
124
:tick box, yes or no, or select a
category, it's really easy for.
125
:In whatever tool you're doing to
be able to see like how many people
126
:have responded with a certain answer.
127
:But when it's like long texts where
they can just free write, that is
128
:where it can come in handy to help
pick up any themes and things like
129
:that because it's gonna be a bit more
tricky for you to see that on your own.
130
:And so, um, that is a really.
131
:Um, really great tool
and also with clients.
132
:This is really helpful if you are in a
launch and there's something I'll tell my
133
:clients to do all the time is that we'll
go through their onboarding form and pull
134
:out like pieces in there that are really
helpful for them to then create content
135
:when they're in a launch for that program.
136
:So I would like, that is probably
my number one recommendation.
137
:It is so helpful, um, to do that.
138
:Okay.
139
:The next thing is to help you
break your IEP into a framework
140
:slash like digestible chunks.
141
:So this is really helpful and something
that I teach in my program, one to
142
:many mastery, is that when you're
creating your offer, you wanna have
143
:like a signature framework that you're
taking people through within the offer.
144
:Because it kind of, especially if you are
like maybe more on like the spiritual,
145
:like conscious side of business and it's
not just like, you know, 10 steps to like
146
:launch a website or something like that.
147
:And it's a bit more like.
148
:Energetic, transformational.
149
:Having a framework that you guide
people through kind of helps 'em
150
:ground what you do into a bit
more of like a tangible process.
151
:Right?
152
:And so that can also be something
that is really tricky to put together
153
:if you are delivering something
like that sort of transformational,
154
:um, where it's not like, you know.
155
:More like business or like
learn a certain skill, right?
156
:It can be hard to
communicate that with people.
157
:So having a set framework that you
guide people through is so helpful.
158
:And so what you can do is when
you're using AI is give it some
159
:of your content that's actually
like in your program or, um.
160
:In your course, or you might wanna
like do a bit of a, a back and forth
161
:conversation if you are mainly working
one-to-one with people and you don't have
162
:prerecorded content, but get it to help
you to break it into like a three to like.
163
:Five maximum step framework so
that you can then use that when it
164
:comes to a marketing your offer,
and b, also like taking people
165
:through the process of your offer.
166
:And so, um, that is something
that I dive into in detail in
167
:my program, one to many mastery.
168
:So there is a wait list in the
description if you do wanna join.
169
:'cause I, we'll be relaunching that soon.
170
:Um, but that is a really great.
171
:Tip.
172
:Okay.
173
:The next few things are a
bit more like rapid fire.
174
:So, um, you can use AI to help
you enforce your pol policies.
175
:So if you have a client who is maybe
asking for something that's out of
176
:scope or testing your boundaries a
little bit, you can give it your, um,
177
:you know, like your program guidelines,
your contract, that sort of thing.
178
:And ask it.
179
:Ask chat, GBT.
180
:Claude, whatever you're using, um, ask it
to help you, like draft a response email
181
:or something like that to, um, gently but
firmly push back, um, on a client who's
182
:maybe testing you a little bit There.
183
:Something that I actually use
AI for a lot is, um, formulas.
184
:So, um, I mean this might not be relevant
to you if you don't spend a lot of
185
:time in like spreadsheets and Airtable
and stuff like that, but I do create
186
:a lot of like formulas in spreadsheets
and in Airtable to kind of display the
187
:information that I wanna display in
both mine and my client's business.
188
:And I will use AI to help me with.
189
:Um, creating the formulas that I need
to have in there, especially if they're
190
:getting like a little bit long and
complicated and I don't wanna break them.
191
:Or if I do break them and then I'm
like, shit, this is not working.
192
:I'll give that formula to,
um, to my AI tool and say,
193
:Hey, this is what I wanna do.
194
:This is what all my fields are called.
195
:Here's my formula.
196
:Can you help me fix it?
197
:Or like, can you help me
create a formula for this?
198
:So that is really great.
199
:You can also just use it for
like basic tech questions.
200
:If you're like, I don't know how to do
this thing in Kajabi, how do I do it?
201
:You can just.
202
:Pop it into your tool, your AI
tool, and ask it to help you.
203
:I find like the answer that you
get is a lot better than if you're
204
:just gonna Google how to do that.
205
:Um, sometimes it's not a hundred
percent correct though, so, um,
206
:which is a little bit annoying, but
I find my, most of the time it'll
207
:point you in the right direction.
208
:The next thing is around
like formatting text.
209
:So this is, I don't know, this
might be a bit of a niche example,
210
:but if you are like, you know.
211
:Copying like information from one
place to another, and maybe it's
212
:like really hard to copy the text.
213
:Um, and you don't wanna like sit
there and manually write it out,
214
:like, you know, letter by letter
to make it formatted correctly.
215
:You can just use your
freaking AI tool for that.
216
:Um, and so the niche example that I have
is that the other week I, a client had
217
:like all these sessions in her calendar.
218
:We needed to write it out, um, to put in
the email for her onboarding sequence.
219
:And rather than looking at the
calendar and like writing out day by
220
:day what it was, I just searched the
name of the event in her calendar.
221
:So they all appeared in a list.
222
:I took a screenshot of it, I uploaded
it, chat, GPT, and I said, write
223
:out all these dates in this format.
224
:And I just gave it like day,
day, month, month, month.
225
:And then like the name of the call
and then it spit it out and then I
226
:could just copy and paste it into
the email, which I was impressed with
227
:myself 'cause I was really smart.
228
:Okay.
229
:Um, final two things here.
230
:One of 'em that I've kind of already
touched on, but um, the next is
231
:your like team meeting agenda.
232
:So if you have like a virtual assistant
or you have someone supporting you in your
233
:business and you like go through and you
discuss all this stuff, this will often
234
:come up for myself and clients because we
will have like an agenda for our meeting.
235
:And then we'll discuss
all of the details of it.
236
:And I don't wanna sit on the call
and have to remember to write down
237
:everything that they say because I wanna
be fully present in the conversation
238
:so that I can be offering them like
strategic help and like picking up
239
:on any maybe like things that need to
shift in them for this to be a really
240
:successful offer or launch or whatever.
241
:And so you can then use AI to, um, recap
like all of the details on the call.
242
:And I do this so often.
243
:I will go into my AI tool,
I use Fathom for meetings.
244
:Um, sometimes I'll copy it into
chat GBT depending on like how much
245
:content and detail is in the call.
246
:But I'll use Fathom and then I'll ask
it to, um, I'll be like, Hey, I know
247
:we had discussed this with our client.
248
:What was the final price
that we decided on?
249
:Again, I feel like you kind of
need to double check sometimes,
250
:um, if you're not entirely sure,
and it can be helpful to like.
251
:Um, skim over the transcript.
252
:But, um, yeah, that is really helpful
for like pulling out details and
253
:then just doing a bit of a like
summary recap on the meeting as well.
254
:And then the final thing is if you
are like me and you are a verbal
255
:processor, I cannot recommend enough
voice noting a brain dump of stuff into
256
:like your notes app straight into, um.
257
:Straight into your AI tool, into like
the, um, voice noting feature on your
258
:iPhone, whatever you use, voice noting
it somewhere, taking that transcript.
259
:Putting it in and then say like,
give me a summary of this, or
260
:like, I am feeling this way.
261
:I've just voice noted all my things.
262
:Can you please summarize it and help
me with the best course of action?
263
:I mean, I don't really use chat GPD
for like helping me with like the best
264
:course of action kind of question,
but you might find it helpful.
265
:I just find it really helpful
to have a summary there so I can
266
:kind of get all my thoughts outta
my head and then see a recap of.
267
:What the hell I'm thinking.
268
:So those are all of my tips.
269
:If you have any, um, any other ways that
you are using CHATT in your business,
270
:it's not content related that I haven't
touched on today, I would love to know.
271
:So send me a message on Instagram
and also, yeah, I would love
272
:your feedback on this episode.
273
:If there's anything that kind of surprised
you as a, a use case for uh ai, that's
274
:really simple, let me know as well and
I will chat to you in the next episode.
275
:Okay.
276
:Bye.
